Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols was the daughter of Alison Nichols and James Nichols. She was born in Augusta Maine. She is of English, French Canadian, German, Irish, Italian and Scottish heritage. Cony High School, Augusta was where she graduated with the highest jump medal. She went to Columbia University in New York City which is where she completed a double major in economics and math. Following her modeling career after graduation, she began a successful career with high-profile companies like Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch, and L'Oreal. Rachel decided to get into acting and was offered a role on the HBO drama Sex and the City (1998). It was her first audition. She made her film debut as Jessica Matthews in the prequel Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd (2003). Her career continued to be successful through roles in films like The Amityville Horror (2006), The Inside (2005) and Alias (2001), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009), Criminal Minds (2005) (a repeated role as FBI Agent Ashley Seaver) and Conan the Barbarian (2011). Columbia University was her graduation with a double major in economics and math. She played the lead role of Kiera Cameron who played a police officer on the science fiction series Continuum (2012). Modeled for Guess? and Abercrombie & Fitch as well as L'Oreal, Nicole Miller, and L'Oreal. She was the restaurant hostess for Sex and the City, the first role in which she auditioned.
